Creating Orders Manually

This section explains how you manually create a new order for a customer.

Prerequisites:
The customer must already have ordered in your online shop so that his or her data is stored in the MyShop administration. You cannot create orders manually for customers who have not yet ordered in your online shop.
  1. In the menu, select Customers.
  2. Click the number of the customer for whom you want to create the order
  3. Click Orders.
  4. Click Create and manage new order.
    This creates a new order.
  5. Check the customer’s billing and delivery addresses and change them if necessary.

    Note: You can only change the billing and delivery addresses for the customer’s currently opened order.
  6. To add new products to the order, proceed as follows:
    Add product
    1. In the Quantity field, enter the quantity.
    2. Click Assign products.
    3. Select the product from the list.
    4. Click Apply.
  7. You can change the payment method, tax settings and (for products that have already been added) the delivery method.

  8. Click Update at the bottom.
  9. To save the order, click Apply.
