Editing Order Document Texts

You can find out how to change the template texts for your invoices, delivery notes and invoice amendments here.

  1. In the menu, select Settings > Order document settings.
  2. In the Texts area, click the order document template that you want to edit.

  3. In Other settings, select where the headers and footers are to be displayed.

  4. To add or edit a text, proceed as follows:
    1. Click the text area that you would like to edit.
      Note: You can edit all dashed text areas.

      A text editing window is displayed.
    2. Edit the text.
    3. To save your changes, click Save changes in the top right corner.
  5. Click Save.
The template texts have been changed.
